Set within an ancient vaulted stone cellar, this restaurant with its agreeable court-side terrace is not only authentic through its setting. But through its food as well. No fixed menu here! Imagine your own "creative" dish by associating the side dishes of the day with the meats or fishes on offer.
The dishes are prepared on the premises with fresh market produce - the fish comes exclusively from the Cannes bay - and inspired by (revisited) regional family recipes. People come from as far as Nice to savour small vegetablestuffed courgettes, giant ravioli, fava bean and radish salad, chard tart... a return to the flavours of their childhood. Add to that a friendly setting, slightly faded two-colour tiles, simply set small square tables and you will be completely won over.
