The conductor's name is Claude Sutter, ex-chef of the Cannes Palm Square. Seated in a comfortable arm chair in this elegant and cosy restaurant & wine bar, one can admire the cupboard containing a selection of the best French vintages. Here Sutter conducts a unique score: bistronomy, in which the notes, exclusively fresh produce of the season, assemble to form a melody that releases exquisite flavours.
Complimentary ham chiffonnade as an appetizer, "grande tradition" pâté en croûte, crouton and mesclun salad, sautéed kidneys and veal sweetbread, light vanilla millefeuille... it's a clear round, and even more so as the menu offers very affordable prices for dishes imagined by a Master Chef.
